  • Payment Information: When you subscribe to Premium or tip an artist, payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
  • Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system, and browser information for analytics and optimization.

  • To provide and maintain our streaming and distribution services
  • To personalize your experience and recommend music
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions
  • To calculate and distribute artist royalties and earnings
  • To communicate with you about updates, features, and promotions

  • To serve relevant advertisements to free-tier users

  • Artists: Aggregated, anonymized listening data to help artists understand their audience.
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting).

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS) protocols. This includes all user data, authentication credentials, and payment information.
  • Encryption at Rest: Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers provided by our infrastructure partners (Supabase, Vercel).
  • Secure Authentication: We use secure authentication methods including encrypted password storage and session management.

  • Payment Security: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification.

While we implement these industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
